Our Recent Commercial Projects
The Ontario Center (formerly Richland Mall):
We sealed the exterior concrete at this prominent commercial property to protect it from water, salt, and freeze-thaw damage. After pressure washing the extensive surface areas as prep, we applied commercial-grade protective coatings to extend durability and restore the property's appearance.
For this major commercial complex, we sealed the sidewalks and building exterior concrete to protect against moisture and wear. Surfaces were pressure washed as prep before the sealer went down, leaving the property refreshed and protected for the long haul.
Columbus Zoo Construction Clean-up
Working alongside the construction team at the Columbus Zoo, we handled final site clean-up of the new entranceway concrete, pressure washing away construction residue so the surfaces were spotless and ready for visitors on opening day.
Paint Preparation Ontario Warehouse
Surface prep for a commercial repaint. We pressure washed the Ontario Warehouse exterior to strip dirt, chalking, and loose material, leaving a clean, sound substrate so the new coating would bond properly and last.
At the Kroger Tamarack location we sealed the new broom-finished concrete to lock out water, salt, and stains before its first winter. Surfaces were pressure washed as prep, then sealed with a commercial-grade product that protects the owner's long-term investment.
